Went to the spa on this beautiful Friday morning with my significant other. Arrived around 8:40am and had access to the baths, steam bath, and sauna at 9:00am. The baths were nice and relaxing, as well as the steam bath. In my opinion, if you like getting a good sweat on than try out the steam bath. Quiet rooms were nice as well. If you plan on driving a long ways to access the spa, make sure to get there between 8am-8:45am. We stayed for 4 hours and noticed it started to get busy around 12 lunch time. All in all, good spa for the price, would like to try a massage next time we come! #ShhhhhhRelax

I enjoyed my visit to the spa. Venue and number of services were not quite as high end as I was thinking it would be - but I'm OK with that. Book a massage to be guaranteed entry to the pools. Booking times are kind of insanely way out many months though - perhaps an expansion is needed?

As far as the food: foods are decent but not fancy. Catered wrapped sandwiches and a good selection of teas.

    3. Bring your own sandals as none are provided for you.

Beautiful bath waters but calling this a spa is a stretch. They only offer massages as well as general public come in and use amenities. Reception doesn’t feel very welcoming or spa-like. Just like moving a mass amount people through. No flip flops/sandals provided even when you are walking outside, in Northern Ontario, through all seasons. No refreshments offered anywhere but upstairs in the cafe. Bring your own water bottle to fill. Oh and no talking. I’ve been to many spas but I really appreciate areas where they are silent and areas where you can talk. On a plus note, the location is beautiful and the hot pool and massage was soothing after a day on the mountain. The massage was $167 for an hour. Bathwaters admission is about $25. You can guess what most people are doing there.

Massage was very good, and the pools and saunas were all enjoyable. It was quiet at first after my massage at 12 or so on a Saturday, but started to become quite busy later. My favorite was the eucalyptus steam bath.

    1. I would recommend making a reservation otherwise Show up an hour or two before the spa opens to put your name down on the wait list as the spa usually fills up with reservations.

    2. Bring your own rob - this will save you some money.

    4. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as the one that is provided is awful.

I don't know why some people still come here and insist on chatting it up with their friends even though it is said many times to be quiet. Number of people increased and it started to become quite busy at 3... more people than I liked.

Went about 3 years ago. We absolutely LOVE the experience! We loved everything. The Eucalyptus Room was our favourite. A very romantic getaway out in the woods. We went in winter - great experience. We felt great, revived 'n refreshed, and it showed in the shine 'n glow bursting from our skin. I've recommended the spa to others and they also loved it. I'm going back.
