I recommend living water. I stayed there last time and it was great. I thought I would pay more and stay in the resort I will never come back again.

I appreciate if the hotel management will consider all the low star ratings and not only reply to the 5 star ratings saying “we will share your review”.

I do not underestand anyone who gave a 5star to this hotel. Clearly they don’t travel as much.

Clean and modern rooms with a short walk to the lifts. The underground parking option is great to have. On the downside, the pull out couch mattress was not the most comfortable, the WiFi was subpar and the elevators are agonizingly slow with a long wait at peak times. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

Might not have the best location in the village compare to other hotels, but everyone works there is so sweet. You're always greeted with a smile, and they always try to make your life easier. Very warm place to stay when you're skiing/snowboarding. Oh they also have an outdoor hot tub.

The tub, toilet, sink, kitchen cabinetry and appliances are very old and outdated. No water in the fridge we had to walk to second floor and pay $3 for each bottle of water. No WIFI (what age are we living in?) extra $10 per day for the wifi with very poor connection.

My husband and I booked a nice getaway after Christmas to get away from the chaos of the city. We've been to Blue Mountain many times and decided to book a room for a night. We paid just over $500 for the worst sleep of our lives. The bachelor unit we stayed in was clean and visually appealing. But as soon as we used the toilet and sink we noticed problems. The toilet and sink did not drain properly & we had to hold the flusher switch down for 5 minutes each time we used the washroom. then when we went to bed around 11pm & our room was extremely hot sitting at 80 degrees farenheit.. we tried turning the thermostat down but nothing worked. We both were up until 3am trying to cool our unit down. We ended up having to leave our balcony door wide open because our windows were frozen shut. On top of being extremely hot with no alternative, we had to listen to the crowds of people leaving the bars at night screaming and running down the streets directly outside our unit. After finally getting to sleep at 3am we were woken up to a FALSE fire alarm at 8am that continued for an hour. We evacuated the building to have staff from the front desk tell us they didn't know what was happening or if there was a fire or false alarm. This was 20 minutes after the alarm started going off. One guest asked where the fire department was and the staff member told him they were on the way... we had a road facing view and at no point did we see any fire fighters or fire department vehicle. I do not recommend anyone stay in this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Not worth staying.

The rooms need to be renovated from their current 1990’s wood cabinet and appliance look. You have enough space to put larger beds inside bedoorms. I paid over $300 for a room for two people with a double bed.

Great place. Service was ok. They missed grabbing our towels out of the tub for 2 nights...but replenished our supply. For the price and location to the hill its hard to beat.
