You should not have to worry about these small details

Season passes are reasonably priced, especially if you buy in spring.

Went to a wedding there. Planners were great.

The service, policy is very bad. I booked 2 rooms 5 days ahead via Expedia . It was my fault that I didn't check the weather forecast before booking. On the next day, I checked the forecast and it was supposed to rain so I tried to change my reservation. First, they claimed that we can change our days earlier to accommodate our road trip schedule. But, they said we have to change it to a two nights booking instead of one night to take the good weather day. Not only that is not my plan to sleep two nights there, the forecast on the last day was also raining. Then, I asked if I could use money to purchase the lift tickets and rental instead of hotel room. But, they still refused us. They are only willing to give us a room credit for later use, which I have explained to them was not useful to us as we don't live in Canada. Their attitude is basically got your money and who care about your problem. In summary, 1) they knew it would rain but took our reservation anyway 2) they won't let us change to another day unless they can up sell us for one more night. 3) they won't let us spend the money with them on lift tickets instead of the room. We end up go there anyway as we don't want to just got charged for nothing. The slope condition was as bad as it could after raining. A blue slope turned to icy double black diamond level speedy slope.

It's the best ski hill in Ontario. The terrain is diverse and vast and the lift are all fast. Nevertheless, it's not the most family friendly resort as there are only few green/easy blue runs.

I love blue mountain! My first time boarding at this resort and I really enjoyed it! I stayed over night at a hotel located within the village above some shops it was a great experience! I loved being able to wake up grab something to eat and hit the hills everything within 10 minutes of me! The snow was amazing while visiting, around late January early February, deep powder everyday we had a blast! Would highly recommend! Staff was awesome! Convenient valet service for your skis/snowboards was also a bonus on this trip. Will be back, would also consider a membership!

Some of the cons are the information about ski terrain is not always available. They may close part of the lifts/runs from some reason but fail to update the website, so you may end up in one part of the hill without being able to ski to your car parking location.

The grooming especially during the evening ski hours might be bad or not existent making the terrain bumpy and very dangerous especially with so many skilled-less skiers/snowboarders around the hill.

Wedding at top of mountain was a another nightmare trying to find the reception almost late for it. More details needed for anyone who have not been there before. And parking during the day for the wedding should have been some reserved. All around bad experience. Had to move vehicle illegally parked to make it to dinner on time down so much time looking for parking after wheel chair drop off.

Largest hills in Ontario with varied terrain. It's pretty expensive. Lineups can be pretty long in the middle of the day. The facilities are up to date and quite nice. Lots of shopping in the village with a decent selection of restaurants.

Lift tickets prices increasing yearly but you can buy in advance to save.

Restaurants prices usually 50% more then in any other place and hotels are pricey as well. I understand it's supply and demand but at least I expect a decent meal and a good service in a restaurant that charges 18 dollars for a salad, which is not always the case in Blue.

Wheel chair access was a night mare for the person driving and parking.
