  I rarely get time away from my young babe, let alone time to pamper myself. Unfortunately the spa did not book the services I requested properly, resulting in a total let down of my time. The massage was ok but one of the weaker treatments I've had. One girl at the front desk was great and did what she could to remedy the situation. All other staff appeared disorganized...which would confirm why they booked my services incorrectly, or not at all.

  What an unbelievable experience this afternoon at iwa Spa Blue Mountain. The facial I had was amazing, relaxing and rejuvinating. It far exceeded my expectations and the service was excellent and the staff very professional. The products they used for my facial were chosen just for my skin type...and when I got home, my husband said...'wow...you look amazing'! Highly recommend.
