  A very interesting space with a patio with a view of the Beaver River and Thornbury Dam. The menu is eclectic without feeling schizophrenic. I had the jerk chicken tacos and this is one of two times in a week I ordered said dish and neither time it was what I was hoping for. I wanted a bit of heat and bite but it was missing in both cases. However, I did enjoy both interpretations. Here, there was a grilled pineapple chutney that made it sweet. I would definitely return as there are other interesting items and a few classics I would like to try.

  Open kitchen, chef was friendly, we spoke about how the dishes were made, inspirational to say the least. Farm to table, love the food here

  We ended up moving indoors and ordered a lunch consisting of a pulled beef grill cheese sandwich and a Cajun chicken club sandwich. These sandwiches were the best we've ever eaten...absolutely amazing! Both came with fresh hot French fries and left us both wanting to come back to experience the dinner menu! Highly recommended!

  We were out for an end of summer cruise when my wife spotted The Mill as we passed through Thornbury. A quick U-turn and we were inside of a very cozy restaurant right on the river. We were going to sit on the patio and my wife commented that she was a bit cold and our server rushed to get her a little blanket to warm up with, now that's service!
